اولا : ما هى العلامات التي إذا وجدتها في شركتك تدل على احتياجك نظام ERP في الحال ؟؟

1- برنامجك الحالي لا يسمح لك بالتطور
من المحتمل أن يعمل برنامج شركتك بشكل جيد مع الأساسيات ولكنه يضع حدودا لتطوير شركتك وتوسعك السوقي وتطورك على نطاق عالمي إذن فقد حان الوقت للحصول على نظام erp ليساعدك على التطور والتوسع .

2- عدم تكافئ البرامج المختلفة
مع التطور التكنولوجي تجد ان أنظمة شركتك لا تعمل معا بشكل جيد فمثلا تجد ان برنامج المحاسبة لديك لا يعمل بشكل جيد مع برنامج المبيعات أو المشتريات او مع نظام الموارد البشرية مما يضيع عليك الكثير من الوقت والمال لذلك أنت في حاجة الى نظام واحد يربط كل اقسام شركتك معا ليعملوا بشكل جيد ويوفر عليك الوقت ويصدر تقرير دقيقة ويساعدك في اتخاذ القرارات السليمة في الوقت المناسب .

لابد من معرفة توقعات عملائك وتلبيتها وبالتأكيد انظمتك الحالية غير قادرة على ذلك و موظفيك وعملاؤك يعملون بشكل متنقل ولا يستوعبهم نظامك لذلك قد حان الوقت من امتلاك برنامج ناجح يساعد فريقك على النجاح .
